“What Does the Tiger Say?"
WHAT IS TIGERTHON?
A school-wide event in which ALL students and staff participate.
Participants will collect donations and participate in a variety of the day’s events.
WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF THE TIGERTHON?
To include the ENTIRE CC Wright community in a fitness and safety awareness event.
To make this the only MAJOR PTO fundraiser of the year.
Raise the funds needed to improve campus security and safety upgrades i.e. carline shelter.
100% of the money goes back to the school.
WHAT DO THE CHILDREN DO FOR TIGERTHON?
Have a TON OF FUN!
Use their donation form to collect money for their school.
Participate in the day’s events.
All students participate whether they receive any donations.
WHAT DO THE CHILDREN GET FROM THE RUN?
Understanding of the importance of exercise.
Appreciation of teamwork and school unity within CC Wright Elementary.
Every student has a chance to win fabulous prizes. See the back for details!
WHAT ABOUT DONATIONS?
Sponsors donate their amount to support your child and their school.
Please do not allow your children to go door-to-door alone to solicit donations.
Accumulated donations of $20.00 per student will achieve our goal.
If your family prefers not to solicit donations for this fundraiser, please consider making a flat donation from your family.
Please return the pledge envelope and donations to the school no later than Monday, September 30th.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE EVENT?
Donations will allow each child to receive a ticket for the prize raffle! Each child will only be eligible for a prize raffle if the envelope and donations are turned in by Wednesday, October 2.
PTO will tally up the results and the prize winners will be notified the day of the run.
100% of the funds donated will be used to better our school.
